LOTechnical/Engineering AssistanceMS was a part of LOT Polish Airlines until it became a separate independent company in July 2010.

History

In 1925 LOT's predecessor Aerolot established a technical base at Warsaw Mokotow airport. In 1933 the base moved to the current location at Warsaw Okecie airport.

Throughout it's 85 years LOT's technical division supported many popular civil aircraft types including:

  • Junkers F13 Fokker
  • Douglas; DC-2, DC3
  • Lockheed L-10-A Electra, L-14-H Super Electra
  • Junkers Ju 52/3m
  • Iljuszyn; Il-12B, Il-14 , Il-18
