They are designed to be used in any fluid that is compatible with stainless steel or aluminum. The design incorporates a snap-action electrical microswitch which is actuated by a piston-sensing element.

A snap-action belleville spring system employing a negative rate resists movement until actuation pressure is achieved. The spring then 'snaps' through and microswitch actuation occurs. This process is reversed for deactuation. The snap-action spring design is very reliable and has excellent vibration and shock resistance. A positive-rate bellevelle stack is also available for tighter set-point tolerance.

For use with hydraulic oils and other select fluids.

Suitable for

  • Pump cutoff
  • Timer operations
  • Low or High pressure
  • Miscellaneous hydraulic sensing needs

NOTE Switch image is typical - different body and connectors are used according to the intended end-installation
